By accessing or using ZipIt! ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZipIt! provides a free, browser-based tool that compresses user-uploaded files into ZIP archives. Files are processed in server memory and are never permanently stored.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Circumvent rate limits or access controls.
Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload. ZipIt! claims no ownership over user-uploaded content. The ZipIt! name, logo, and UI are the property of their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or any damages arising from the use of ZipIt!. Use the Service at your own risk.

6. Rate Limits

To ensure fair use, the Service enforces rate limits. Exceeding these limits will result in temporary throttling (HTTP 429). Persistent abuse may result in IP-based blocking.

7. Advertising

The Service displays third-party advertisements via Google AdSense. Ad content is governed by Google's own terms and policies.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
